These terms cover your use of Timbus at timbus.si. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not, do not use Timbus. Questions: hello@timbus.si.

What Timbus is, and is not

  • It finds programmes, screens them against your facts, drafts answers and fills forms. It hands the result back to you. It never submits anything on its own.
  • A match score in the feed is triage, not eligibility. Only a screen of the actual programme page says whether a gate is met, and even that is a reading you should check.
  • Drafts are written by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or badly phrased. The guard checks numbers, percentages, years and dates against your fact file. It does not check qualitative claims.
  • You are responsible for everything you submit, and for reading it first.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. One account is for one person. Keep it secure, and keep any Claude connection token private: anyone holding one can read and change your facts until you revoke it on the Connect page.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • try to reach another founder's data, or get around sign-in or limits;
  • use Timbus to scrape websites, send spam, or for anything unlawful;
  • overload it with automated or excessive requests;
  • submit false information to a programme. Timbus is built to stop invented figures; do not use it to launder them.

Model use is shared and costs money, so fair-use daily limits may apply. When you reach one, Timbus says so and it resets the next day.

Your content

Your facts, drafts and files stay yours. You give Timbus permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending them to the model providers named in the Privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

Availability and liability

Timbus is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it is accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Model providers can be slow, rate-limited or down, and programme websites change. Keep your own copies of anything important. You can export everything at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Timbus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for missed deadlines, rejected applications or lost funding, or for decisions you make based on its output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Connect page. Timbus may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other founders or the service at risk.

Changes

These terms may change as Timbus does. The date above changes with them, and continuing to use Timbus after a change means you accept it.
